A quieter way to get better — actions, reminders, evidence, and a long game.
Choose one measure so the scale stays meaningful. Click a point to inspect it or open that day.
Select up to five numeric measures or tracked-event tags. Different units are normalised within the selected window so you can see whether they move together; use the single-measure graph above for real units.
Targets are goals, not pre-filled achievements. Enter what actually happened on Today.
Anything you add under Goals → Weekly lead measures appears here with this week and last week side by side.
A compact history so you can see what actually happened without opening each day.
Live from Firebase: due items, active reminder windows, birthdays and the next 30 days.
Calendar events, birthdays, contact rhythms, learning reviews, dated tasks, decision reviews and tracker follow-ups are rebuilt from your saved data every time this screen refreshes. Dismiss hides an item only until tomorrow.
Top of the list is first. Drag the handle or use the arrows to reorder.
The tracker can show associations with your logged measures; it does not claim a cause.

Write this before you decide. It is the only way to tell a good decision from a good outcome.
The causal clause is the active ingredient. Kindness beat reappraisal in a head-to-head trial; awe walks cost fifteen minutes a week.
Write it while you are fine. A bad day degrades exactly the faculty needed to design a good response.
Light for daytime writing. Dark for evening review. Your choice is remembered on this device.
JSON is the full-fidelity backup for restoring the app. CSV is a flat, analysis-friendly export of logs, measures, habits, calendar events, tagged events, learning, contacts, money and other history.

Firebase Authentication handles sign-in. Tracker entries are read from and written to your Firebase Realtime Database only.
Restore the clean starter habits and editable measures without deleting historical data.
